Deadline for early registration is June 10, 2009, and deadline
for regular registration is June 30, 2009.Each registration can accept two
papers of the same author. |

The fees include all concurrent scientific sessions and welcome reception with snacks; coffee
breaks during the four days of the conference; one copy of the conference
proceedings and the conference kit.

The abstract review has finished. If your abstract has been accepted,
we will send the registration form to the corresponding author by e-mail. Meanwhile,
you may also download the registration form below. If you did not submit any paper and only want to participate in this conference,
please download the registration form.

The detailed payment method is given in the registration form. You may pay the registration fee by Remittance only.
|
|
|
Once you have received the registration form, please fill in your personal information carefully and
pay the registration fee in time. The certification of your payment should be attached in the form.
|
|
|
Please send back the filled registration form by e-mail or by fax as soon. Different registration fees will
be charged according to your registration time. No refunds are possible if you cancel the attendance for any reason.
|
|
|
Please bring you printed out registration confirmation mail to the registration desk on the day.
|
|
|
Receipt of your payment will be issued on the day of the conference addressed to the applicant name as registered.

The registration fees are collected according to the number of participants,
so each participant should pay his/her share of conference fee.

Passport and Visa: |
|
|
A valid passport is required to enter China. Participants from certain
countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. If you are uncertain about your requirements,
please consult your nearest Chinese visa authorities, or visit
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China .

|
The secretariat will send an official letter of
invitation upon request. Please make your own application for visa acquisition once
you have received the letter.
|
|
|
In order to process your invitation letter for visa acquisition,
your information will be reviewed by the organizing committee.
|
|
|
If you need to obtain a visa, please apply 3 months in advance of your visit.
The organizing committee and the secretariat are not responsible for visa issuance.
